WIND OF CHANGE to compete in Silk Road IFF 2023

Abbas Rafei’s WIND OF CHANGE will be competing for the Best Film Award at the 10^th edition of Silk Road International Film Festival (September 23^rd to 29^th, 2023 / China).

The film has been a part of the program at Dhaka 2023, UCLA Celebration of Iranian Cinema 2023 and Wales IFF 2023.
