BANDAR BAND, THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE and DANCE WITH ME in Festival of Iranian Films in Three US Cultural Centers

Manijeh Hekmat’s BANDAR BAND, Abbas Amini’s THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE and Soroush Sehat’s DANCE WITH ME are included in the program of the virtual Festival of Iranian Films (January 22nd to February 7th, 2021), jointly organized by three important US cultural centers, Museum of Fine Arts – Houston, National Museum of  Asian Art – Smithsonian and Boston’s Department of Space and Time.

After entering prestigious film festivals such as Toronto, Zurich, Mill Valley, Bosphorus, Hainan Island and Films from the South, BANDAR BAND has had a big win in Kolkata International Film Festival last week.

THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE has already gained recognition as the winner of Kim Jiseok Award at Busan and Ecumenical Jury’s Special Mention at Mannheim – Heidelberg.

DANCE WITH ME has been the winner of Best Director Award and Best Actor Diploma of Honor in Fajr International Film Festival and Jury Prize in Asia Pacific Film Festival, the Best Film nominee in Wales International Film Festival and the First Film Competition Entry in Tallinn.
