JUNKS & DOLLS travels to Kerala 2023
In the 28th edition of International Film Festival of Kerala – IFFK (December 8th to 15th, 2023 / India), Manijeh Hekmat’s new film, JUNKS & DOLLS, will be a part of the World Cinema section.
The film depicts the story of a couple, destined to build up their life in the heart of a waste depot in the edge of the Iranian north forests. They begin to make different things with the junks they find and to make friends with the other people… but what remains of the people who are determined to fight their nature?
