FEAR & TREMBLING to compete in International Film Festival of India 2024

FEAR & TREMBLING, co-written and co-directed by two prominent Iranian women filmmakers, Manijeh Hekmat (Women’s Prison; Three Women; and Bandar Band) and Faeze Azizkhani (If a Rainy Day; and The Locust), will be premiered in the International Competition section in the 55^th edition of IFFI – International Film Festival of India (November 20^th to 28^th, 2024 / Goa, India).

Focusing on a very little fundamentalist old woman, left alone by her family, the film depicts a small world in which there is no way to proceed with the tolerance, the dialogue and the mutual understanding; a small world led to a dead-end by violence, prejudice and ignorance.
