THE CHICK to compete in London IA Awards 2023
Bijan Aarabi’s THE CHICK will be a part of Short Film Competition at the 1st edition of London IA Awards & Working Class Short Film Festival (December 16, 2023 / UK).
The film has been previously screened at Hong Kong IFF 2021 (Short Film Competition), Vienna Shorts 2021 (Expedition – Focus – The comfort zone is an odd place), Fribourg IFF 2021 (CH Cinema Network Award Winner), Wales IFF 2021 (Finalist – Best Foreign Language Short Film Category), Leeds IFF 2021 (Louis Le Prince International Short Film Competition), International ASTO Short Film Festival 2022, Hanoi IFF 2022 (Panorama), Black Cat Award IFF 2022 (Competition), Magma – Mostra di Cinema Breve 2022 (Competition), HE Care – Human Environment Care FF 2022 (Competition), Sofia MENAR FF 2023 (Short Films Category) and “Flowers against Bullets” FF 2023 (Best Short Film Nominee).
