WHISPER MY NAME wins the Best Film Award at Taunale 2026
In the 15th edition of Taunale – Taunus Filmfest (August 5th to 9th, 2026 – Hessen, Germany), Rasoul Sadrameli’s WHISPER MY NAME won the Award for the Best Feature Film – Narrative.
The film has already participated in international events such as Warsaw Film Festival 2025 (Animus – Cinema of Values), Bosphorus Film Festival 2025 (Competition), Golden Rooster Film Festival 2025 (Official Selection), Jagran Film Festival 2025 (FIPRESCI India Award), Diamond Butterfly Awards 2025 (Best Script Nominee), Dhaka International Film Festival 2026 (Asian Competition), Cambria Film Festival 2026 (Nancy Green Founder’s Award), One Country One Film 2026 (Best Feature Fiction Award, Feature Film Public Award), Cleveland International Film Festival 2026 (Official Selection), Within the Family Film Festival 2026 (Main Competition – Best Film Award) and Taunale – Taunus International Film Festival 2026 (Best Feature Film – Narrative Award).
